About the Harmsworth Room
The Harmsworth Room at IWM Churchill War Rooms is a captivating venue for smaller conferences, drinks receptions and intimate dinners. This space is brimming with history, mystery and character, with its original 1940s electric generator wall complete with dials and switches.
The room may capture the atmosphere of a wartime bunker, but it still has all the comforts of a modern venue, making it the perfect space for drinks receptions, Christmas parties and sit-down dinners with a twist.

- Evening guests receive complimentary audio guides as part of their package (usually £29.50 + VAT).
- Visitors also have the opportunity to add on a private tour guide to their event (additional cost applies).
